For those wishing to be active during their stay, lace up your walking boots and head to the coastal path where can find the famous Needles chalk stack. Alternatively, if being on the water is more your playground, then you can spend your days kayaking, paddle boarding or learning to sail. From beginner to advanced, there is plenty of opportunity to create memories to last a lifetime.

Please note: There is currently on-going external works with scaffolding & mesh which restricts our usual exceptional views. The balcony also has temporarily restricted access for 2026 for H&S reasons. The parking is currently available on an open basis.

Arrived to a building site and had to find alternative accommodation. In fairness, Cottages.com were unaware of the situation from the owner until we sent them photos and arranged for a full refund, their customer service was very good.

This has nothing to do with the building work being carried out. The apartment could do with being updated. The en-suite has black mould by the toilet and in the shower cubicle, the toilet has to be pumped to get it to flush. In the main bathroom the bath mat was soaking wet and worn out, all of the towels were like sandpaper and not a single hand towel anywhere. None of the sinks held water so the tap had to be left running to keep water in the bowl. In the kitchen is a wooden chopping board that is not fit to use and the same with the baking tray. Again the sink plug does not hold water and the tap drips constantly. The fridge has a crack and stains in the bottom and the light does not work. Curtains are hanging off the rail in the kitchen area. The furniture is generally old and grubby. The hot water needs the temperature lowered as it is extremely hot. The patio furniture should have been removed not stored in the living area.With a bit of money spent this could be an excellent apartment.

The whole building was covered in scaffolding and blue coloured netting. The access to the balcony was locked. The parking space was unavailable too, as the builders were using it. Lots of building noise from early each weekday morning. This apartment should not be let in this state; or a VERY big discount should be given on the price.
