Opposite a rural country pub and with direct access onto the M3 leading to the cities of Basingstoke and Southampton, or London only 50 minutes away on the train line it’s also a great option for extended business stays.
The property has a cottage garden to the front and back with space to sit and enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or late evening drinks in the Summer. The property has a sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, all are comfortable and light and each has it’s own television to allow people to retreat to their own space.
Winchester is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year with gourmet restaurants to enjoy, plenty of pubs to visit and great cafes in which to while away an afternoon. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom, handrail over the toilet could be good for those with limited mobility. Has Jack and Jill door so can be an ensuite or closed to be a family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) double bed, TV. En-suite shower room.
Patio to the front and back with garden seating in the back garden and a fenced pond to the front. Please keep an eye on children when playing near the pond.
Please be aware to the back of the property there is a busy road that leads to the motorway, this allows easy transport links but there can be some noise disturbance at peak times however the windows are triple glazed to ensure this is limited.
