Pretty as a picture, with lots of space to enjoy, immaculately presented with the use of the wonderful grounds of the owners house including an outdoor swimming pool (available in the summer months only), there is even a beauty spa on site (it is essential to pre-book for this service) – a wonderful place to get away from it all and yet within an hour of London – perfect for a weekend break or a leisurely week.

The Barn has been furnished in a truly English country house style offering really comfortable and welcoming accommodation with large squashy sofas, magazines and books and a working fireplace to enjoy in the winter months. Outside the grounds are extensive, with walks and vistas just waiting to be enjoyed. The owners have taken inspiration from the stunning gardens at Highgrove House, Prince Charles’ country home, and developed a ‘stump’ garden complete with pond, bridge and seating area – a lovely peaceful spot to relax and unwind. There is a beautiful heated pool to use and there is even a beauty spa on site (it is essential to pre-book for this service) to ensure your stay is a relaxed experience.
