On arrival we notice it wasn't the cleanest of place but as the week went on more and more it became clearer how dirty it actually was. If I had paid good money to clean my house I would expect a lot more than what was done. Mirrors and windows dirty, under sofa and bed have never been cleaned, skirting boards dirty. Scum and build up dirt around the toilet and sink. Fan on the bathroom coming off ceiling, and extremely blocked withdust. The drains all semll bathroom and kitchen, the shower plug hole was so blocked it stopped draining water, which my partner cleaered as it would have flooded bathroom. The fridge had an awful smell and all towles smelt like amiona. Kids refuse to use them had to use beach towles. I took pictures. This was our first family holiday in 4 and half years so disappointed

My family ( husband and adult kids and baby grandson) came to Hayling Island to visit my mum who lives in the same building as this holiday flat . We were all very impressed with the flat . It was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very obliging and supplied us with fans as the temperature was very hot while we were there. The flat had everything you need for a vacation on the beach . Walking distance to some restaurants and pubs. Parking space supplied . Baby camp cot and high chair aupplied.. even dish soap and tea towels and cleaning products. A nice little surprise as some biscuits and tea and coffee supplied. We would definitely rent this flat again.
