Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided, the beds were extremely comfortable and everywhere was lovely and warm. Even in January the garden was a joy to sit in with the snowdrops bursting through and the constant sound of bird song. We can only imagine how beautiful it will be in the spring and summer! the information sent to us before our visit was very useful and informative. Walking to the lovely quaint village through the churchyard beside the gentle river was extremely pleasant and rounded off with a fantastic pub meal. I cannot recommend the cottage and the location enough.

All the rooms are clean and comfortable enough with a large well appointed kitchen/conservatory. Ameneties in the village are very limited but our favourite local town was Burford, it's only a short drive away and has numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. The local pub is a short walk away and it's a really friendly and welcoming place .. and the food & drink excellent. The garden area is well maintained and would be lovely area to enjoy in the spring and summer.

This beautiful cottage strikes the perfect balance between history and modern comfort, with its original window frames, wooden floors, and roaring fireplace creating an ambiance that makes you feel instantly at home. Every corner of the property reflects a refined rusticity, with thoughtful touches that make for an inviting retreatâitâs clear that no detail has been overlooked. The village of Eastleach itself is a gem, seemingly untouched by time. As you wander its quiet lanes, youâll be greeted by honey-colored stone cottages, ancient churches, and rolling fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. Itâs easy to lose yourself in the charm of this unspoiled slice of the English countryside. Thereâs a serenity here thatâs hard to find elsewhere, punctuated only by birdsong and the gentle murmur of the River Leach. Dominic, the owner, is a true highlight of the All Souls experience. From the moment you book, he is welcoming, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible. His local recommendations make exploring Eastleach even more special. His warm hospitality reflects the very spirit of Eastleachâgenuine, heartfelt, and unforgettable. All Souls Cottage is more than just a place to stay; itâs an experience that captures the essence of the English countryside at its finest.
