Wonderful centrally located property, thoughtfully and beautifully renovated. Full of historical interest yet comfortable and homely. The perfect base for a long or short break in Rye - highly recommended!Sally is an excellent host - and also serves the best coffee in town at her lovely community cafe and bookshop, Grounded in Lion Street.

The apartment itself has all that you need for a stay in Rye perfect position, close to rail station.We knew it was a very old property but unfortunately you could hear every single word being said in the downstairs property which was a shame, even above the Tv in the evening. Can highly recommend Mario’s fish bar couple a doors up the road also The Cobbled Tea Rooms.
