This stylish holiday cottage is located on a quiet development close to the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is the perfect location for a beach holiday, no matter what you like to do. For those who want a break from the beach, the beautiful town of Rye is just a short drive away drive and has much to offer to visitors, with its numerous independent boutiques and plenty of places to eat, from beautiful old pubs, to fine dining restaurants and cafe bars. A warm welcome awaits, on the ground floor of this bright and airy cottage you will find the first of the bedrooms, a spacious double with views over the garden, a separate snug with a sofa, perfect for curling up with a good book and with patio doors that lead out into the garden, and a separate WC. There is also a washing machine located in a cupboard on this floor. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy sofas surrounding the TV/DVD and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. Enjoy preparing family meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, before dining at the table with seating for all. Take the stairs to the second floor, where the remaining two bedrooms can be found, a master bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and en suite shower and WC, and a children's bunk bed room. The stunning contemporary main bathroom is light and bright with a hand held shower over bath and WC.
