Plenty of hot water and nice and warm which helped for our stay in January. Ideal location with parking. Good walking area with plenty of bird watching available. Our host was very accommodating but not intrusive.

Shower Some areas need maintenance. (Shower room, carpets are stained in places, and some general painting needed, front door was difficult to open. This property doesnât have a view at all but is walking distance to the beach. There is ample storage, but some of it was taken up with thinks for the property. One in our party has limited mobility and struggled with the shower because the door opens l a bit narrow. We enjoyed our stay on the whole and would return in the future. Owner is very quick when responding to queries.

Some biscuits, cake and milk, coffee to help out before we got to the supermarket. Very well appointed with everything you need from plates to pizza wheel. Nice and quiet set back from the road. Would absolutely stay here again.
