Chic, upmarket, newly renovated, stylish, large and spacious two bedroom first floor apartment with a lovely view overlooking Egerton Park. This sun filled apartment has a lovely relaxing feel and a private balcony to enjoy a drink overlooking the Park watching the sun go down. Two double bedrooms one of which can be made up as a twin with high quality Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels.

Very central...just a 5 minute stroll to our award winning beach with a lovely promenade, the famous De la Warr Pavilion with its full calendar of events, lots of restaurants and the main town.

Bexhill has a lovely laid back feel and even in peak season you will find lots of space on the beach...Bexhill is a bit of a hidden gem but don't tell anyone!

The apartment is ideally located to explore all that the south coast has to offer with Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye, Lewes, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells an easy drive...London, too, is accessible by train. The station is just a short walk from the apartment. Free parking on Park Road first come first served. Children over 5 and dogs welcome.

Placed between Eastbourne and Hastings is Bexhill-on-Sea, with its two-mile promenade with deckchairs and beach huts. Bexhill-on-Sea is home to De La Warr Pavilion, which features arts programmes throughout the year as well as many shops, museums and town gardens. It offers excellent sporting opportunities, with good golfing, sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, wind kiting available. Within easy travelling distance are the historic market towns of Hastings and Battle. Whatever you do in this wonderful area, Bexhill-on-Sea is a lovely place to stay.

Note: Property is accessed via two flights of stairs and is on the first floor.

Note: There are three steps within the property.

Note: Free roadside parking located in front of the property and also around the park opposite, no restrictions.
