A lovely flat with stunning views both ways along the coast. Clean and well-appointed. Note that there are a LOT of stairs to access the property. Communications from booking agent were patchy, but made up for by the friendly and timely messages from the owner.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience. Upon arrival, it quickly became clear that the property was not in an acceptable condition, to the point where we felt we had no choice but to check out almost immediately. There was hair in the bed, used tisue left in the bathroom, and the cups appeared unclean. Additionally, the fuses had been removed from the heating plugs, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Overall, the property felt grubby and poorly maintained, and it was not somewhere we felt comfortable staying. To make matters worse, there was insufficient furniture for the three people we had booked and paid for, which further highlighted a lack of preparation and attention to detail. Given these isues, we do not feel the property met an appropriate level of cleanlines or readines for guests, and we would not recommend it based on our experience.
