There is a lot to be improved on such as removing the very annoying and pointless sticky mats (which slip constantly and are a tripping hazard), cleaning the balcony and decking, tidying up the outside and making it a bit more usable. When we arrived the internet wasn’t working too so it took one day to get that fixed but overall the place had everything it needed for our 4 night stay. The site is below average and most people live there all year long. The on-site pub I wouldn’t visit again as expensive and rude service.

The outside of the caravan looks grubby with vegetation growing out of the gutters and an overgrown side border making it difficult to reach the stairs and door. The veranda is covered in tree debris and impossible to use. Once inside the place was pleasantly clean and tidy, but with very irritating mats everywhere which seemed to be covering the grubby carpet, and they kept scuffing up and causing trip hazards. There was the usual basic utensils in the kitchen, but an addition of bread knife and a second rung in the oven would have been appreciated. We were surprised to find absolutely zero instructions on anything, which would have been helpful on the heating, television (which was held up by two books) rubbish disposal or that the gate boom closed at 7pm and the door key fob opened it. I hate to give negative feedback because the place could have been really lovely with just a bit more care and attention, instead it feels neglected.

Very basic. TV hopeless. Lost signal regularly. Several nights we could not watch any channel. Shower screen had to be lifted to close. “Garden” needs some TLC.
