Brook Annexe is a light and sizable apartment based close to the chic market town of Beaconsfield. Attached to the annexe is a larger property. The annexe can be accessed via its own front door and stairs that lead to a first floor. You will find a considerable sized lounge diner with views over gardens, compact kitchen and three good sized bedrooms.

The apartment is set back from the road, with a grand, leafy driveway. The front door opens into a spacious hallway with a downstairs cloakroom. Stairs lead upstairs to the first floor, where the apartment is located. A very large and bright sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, works of art and antique pieces. It is equipped with a TV and free WiFi is provided. The dining table is in the large sitting room, and can seat eight people quite comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a stay away from home.

Set over the same floor there are three large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king size double bed and fantastic views over the manicured garden. The other two bedrooms are in the front of the house, one is a comfortable twin room and the other has a double bed. A seventh bed can be provided on request to make this property even more flexible. The larger bedroom has its own wash basin and vanity unit. The apartment has an attractive bathroom with a bath and an integrated shower.

Brook Annexe is a 12 minute walk from the historic market town of Beaconsfield that offers a railway station with direct trains into central London. You will also find an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and pubs one of them famous for being the oldest pub in England, “The Royal Standard of England.” Also on your door step you will find a great golf course and also Bekonscot, a model village that delights children and adults alike.

This apartment is the annexe to the main Georgian style Brook House and they can be booked in conjunction with each other.
