Ideally located in the heart of the Lanes shopping area, this modern, stylish first floor apartment is ideal for a city break right in the centre of Brighton, yet tucked away from the main hub. Brighton is one of the most exciting, vibrant, and trendiest coastal cities in the UK, with over 400 independent shops, cafes, and entertainment venues. The Lanes is full of narrow streets and alleyways, famous for its charming shops and restaurants while the North Lanes is a bohemian bustle of criss-cross streets with a selection of unique shops, music stores, book shops and a flea market. Brighton is renowned for its arts scene with dozens of locally run galleries and there is also the Sea Life Centre for the nature lovers. Plan a visit to the Royal Pavilion and take a stroll along the iconic Brighton Palace Pier, the most visited attraction outside London.

Access to the apartment is through a gate and up two flights of stairs to the front door. The living area is open plan with two comfortable large velvet sofas (both sofa beds) arranged around a coffee table and Smart TV. There is also a dining table and seating for six. The interior has interesting pieces and objects with large paintings and oversized mirrors, with potted ferns complementing the setting. There is a desk by the front window with an artistic old-fashioned typewriter, part of the styling but the desk and chair are fully functioning. There is a small kitchen which has everything you need to whip up a lovely meal, if you are not eating out! Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find two bright and airy king-size bedrooms, both with comfortable beds and built-in wardrobes. To finish off there is a modern bathroom with a bath with shower over.

From the kitchen there is the bonus of a south facing balcony which overlooks the Lanes, with a patio table and four chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of something cool!
