Folly Cottage is a two bedroom property forming part of the larger Kinsford House, situated in the rural village of Simonsbath in the Exmoor National Park, within ten miles of the North Devon coastline.

Internally, the property offers two large reception rooms, one of which includes a central wood burner, and two en-suite bathrooms all furnished to a high standard. Externally, the furnished garden provides an ideal place to relax after a day exploring the moors. Folly Cottage was also once home to Bonanza Boy, a racehorse made famous after twice winning the Welsh Grand National.

Please note: This property only accepts bookings of Friday to Friday in July and August.

Stable is available for a horse at an additional charge of £100 per week. Please contact owner directly.

Patio doors provide access to the garden.

A set of binoculars are available on a stand in the lounge.

A cot and high chair are provided for family bookings.

Features a table with seating for six, an L-shaped sofa and wooden flooring throughout.

Also includes a TV with Freeview and a laptop with access to Wi-Fi for guest use.

This stunning landscape is perfect for walking, hiking, fishing and horse riding with a wide selection of footpaths and bridleways to explore.The thriving market town of South Molton is close by and offers a wide selection of independent shops to explore and also a pannier market each Saturday offering a fine selection of local food.As well as the rolling Somerset countryside on your doorstep, the coast is also within easy reach. The beaches of Minehead, Lynton and Combe Martin are all within a thirty minute drive.
