On the first floor there is a light, spacious landing leading to 4 bedrooms which all have zip and link beds so can be double or twin, all with TV's. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, wc. The other 3 all share a bathroom on this floor which also has a separate shower cubicle.

The large garden offers a good degree of privacy and has a good sized patio with furniture and a barbecue. There is also children's play equipment and a trampoline.

Individually designed, with a beautifully-presented interior, it benefits from a covered heated swimming -pool set in a large sun terrace complete with loungers and barbecue. Within the grounds, children are well-catered for - a lawned play area with swings, slide, trampoline and croquet providing amusement.

Located just outside the county town of Taunton, the property is conveniently located, with the town offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and entertainment opportunities.

Close to the Quantock Hills, there is excellent walking to enjoy, golf at nearby Oake Manor Golf Course as well as riding. Within easy reach are Exmoor and the North Somerset coast, as well as Minehead, Watchet, Blue Anchor and the excellent beaches on the North Devon Coast. Other attractions of note include the West Somerset Steam Railway, the National Tust properties of Dunster Castle and Montecute House, as well as Hestercombe Gardens, Glastonbury, and Wells Cathedral.
