About this Holiday Cottage
Graig Las is a semi-detached, stone-built barn conversion, set on the owner's land, two miles from the village of Llangynog, fifteen miles from Bala and close to the Snowdonia National Park. This cottage sleeps six people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and a first floor double, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a mezzanine sitting area with a sofabed. The outside of this cottage has a rear patio with garden furniture and a brazier, a hot tub and off road parking for two cars. Located close to many places of interest, Graig Las is a wonderful holiday home.

Two bedrooms: 1x ground floor double, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner. Mezzanine sitting area with hi-fi, docking centre & sofa bed.

Oil central heating with woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, DVD, CD, hi-fi with docking centre, WiFi, DVDs/books/games. Fuel, power & starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent (additional logs can be purchased from owner). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear patio with furniture & brazier. Hot tub shared with other cottage on site, to be used individually, available at £30 per week/short break, payable directly to owner on arrival. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Private water supply. Note: Stream running past property, young children must be supervised. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.
Around and About
Situated in breathtaking countryside amongst the Berwyn Mountains and wooded hills and valleys is the village of Llangynog. The village has two pubs and is ideal for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling. Lake Bala is nearby and is perfect for fishing and watersports, and a ride on the lakeside steam railway. Lake Vyrnwy, with its rspb centre and Llanrhaeadr Waterfall are well worth visiting. Llangynog is a wonderful base to experience the delights of the surrounding area and Snowdonia National Park.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
