A lovely, comfortable cottage in an 'out of this world location' with fantastic views over the valley.
This cute little cottage rests on a hill in sleepy Dove Dale, with its own private views down the valley. The Dale, with its steep hills and beautiful glittering river, leave the atmosphere feeling magical. The stunning property comes with pleasant furnishings, a log-burning stove and a conservatory perfect for sunny weather.
Nearby is the village of Longnor with its cafe, shop and fully stocked craft centre. The area is great for walks and has numerous local footpaths that you can head out on to lose yourselves.

A really charming cottage with plenty of character and outstanding views from all rooms.The conservatory is a lovely place to sit, relax and eat, enjoying the amazing view. As keen walkers the location was ideal as we were able to walk locally from the cottage or drive a short distance to explore further, The Pack Horse Inn, a 5 minute walk down the hill, provides good home cooked meals and generous portions. The owners of Bank Pottery were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage to friends and family.

Lovely welcoming cottage, owners left welcome package for your arrival which was very thoughtful and helpful. The location is great as you are in a friendly small rural village with wonderful views, especially enjoyed morning coffee in the conservatory looking out at the hills and sheep very relaxing. Not far from tourist attractions. Especially enjoyed chatsworth and cheedale nature reserve. The owners are very helpful friendly and respectful of privacy. Highly recommend this cottage for a holiday.

Fantastic location and wonderful hosts, Bank Pottery is a charming and quirky alternative to those corporate hotels we could mention. Spent hours in the conservatory painting and just enjoying the views. Word of warning the stairs are very difficult for those of us somewhat over the age of 21 but the building is over 150 years old !!
