"We loved the location, offering good walks on the doorstep. The kitchen came well equipped and we loved having the wood burner to use. The roll top bath was another great feature. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and on hand if anything was needed. Overall we loved the cottage and location and will certainly consider returning as there was plenty left to explore."

"The cottage is situated in a perfect position to access the nearby Trails. The cottage was cosy and warm and the wood burner was a nice extra which we found very useful during the snow we had. Everything was clean and tidy. Now we have sampled the winter, we will return in the summer. Many thanks."

"We loved the cottage. Placed right on The Penine Trail, with wonderful countryside to enjoy on it's doorstep. Lovely little village, we enjoyed two very good meals at the Peels Arms. The owner was there to welcome us and help us set up the log burner and show us around the cottage. "
