The cottage was perfect and the host extremly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The cottage is a great size, well laid out, and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better spot, with lots of great walks around Grindleford, and a fanrtastic pub up the road (The Maynard) with lots of gluten free food and beers on tap. It was also a great base for visits to Chatsworth and Bakewell. We loved our stay and will be back
