This was our first time booking Jemima Lodge. The property was exceptionally clean and was kitted out with everything we needed for our stay.It was also warm and comfortable. The enclosed garden was perfect for our labradoodle who was able to have a good run around without the fear of him absconding. (Some previous properties we have stayed in have stated an 'enclosed garden' but were not so - so this was ideal.)My daughter loved being able to see the horses in their stables and in the field and the owners' dog was friendly. A couple of suggestions:A tea cosy would have been a great addition to keep the tea warm in the teapot. Some non-slip mats on the tiled floor in the living area & the bathroom would be a suggestion as they tended to slide about when walked/stepped on.

A lovely cottage, great location with exceedingly helpful hosts, Katie and Rod. Lovely to see the horses up close to the cottage garden wall, and such a friendly dog.
