Ground floor bedroom and bathroom ideal. The woodburner was a bonus and the central heating kept the cottage lovely and warm over Christmas. The central location worked well for us and no noise from the pub car park. We had our own private parking.

The location was great for a car free holiday with easy access to both train and bus. The village was lovely with a range of cafes and a very good pub. There was a range of excellent walks right from the doorstep and Old Barn cottage was a welcome base to return to after a long days walk.
