    Great communication from the owner. Very clean, warm. Very nice touch with the welcome gift. We all very much apricated it. The 3 large rooms, ( all with TV's ), gave 9 off us space and felt very spacious. Good location , would recommend The Commercial Inn on Manor Park Road. 10 mins walk and lovely food. good walks around the reservoir, flat and easy with great views. Overall cannot fault anything about our stay. Thank you

    The accommodation is amazing. Everything is covered by the owner, from pre arrival information to birthday decorations and a cake stand. Thank you for making our special weekend so good. It is a lovely farmhouse with really large rooms and in an excellent location
