Arrival Information
Please ensure that you read the travelling instructions carefully as satellite navigation systems can be inaccurate. Please be aware to get to this park there is a long single track lane which is quite narrow and bumpy. Please drive with care on your approach to the lodges.
Facilities
There will be no BBQ’s allowed on park. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Security deposit
Please be aware that a security/key deposit of £100 is required with a swipe of a credit/debit card on arrival. Providing this does not need to be utilised, the deposit will be returned within 72 hours.
Any parties who book more than one lodge will be subject to a security deposit of £150 per lodge paid by cash only. Deposits will be refunded on departure as long as no damage has been caused.
Please note that your hot tub may not have reached the ideal temperature at the time of arrival. You may need to wait an additional time before being able to use the hot tub on your day of arrival.

Lodge and location are lovely and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, hot tub was extremely clean and stayed like it all week - the people that checked the hot tub were very polite and chatty too. As other people have mentioned there are a couple of little minor things in the lodge that need attention but nothing that would spoil the holiday.

We have been to Charlesworth before but stayed in the cottage, this time we went for Amour Deluxe the top of the range lodge. Firstly the location is great although the track to the site can be a little hair raising - so worked our days so we only went out once and came back once! The lodge was beautiful, exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely pillows and duvet. The only reason I gave it a good rather than excellent is because its a little tired - the kitchen needs a new wrap as its starting to come off and along with the chest of drawers in the main bedroom. This didn't affect our stay but would be nice for it to be re done. We didn't use the hot tub but also feel the outdoor decking could do with a refresh ready for the summer
