2 Bedrooms- Located in the pretty village of Monyash with its village pond and ducks, this detached cottage is well positioned to take in some good walking.

Try the Limestone Way, cycle the nearby Tissington and Manifold Trails along the disused railway lines, or just relax and unwind.

Short drives will take you to some interesting and historical towns, including the spa town of Buxton and the pretty market towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne.

The accommodation is one of two properties situated in the grounds of the owners property, and from the rear you can enjoy views of the field patterns which are characteristic of the area.

It is possible for up to 9 people to dine together in Sheldon Cottage if both cottages are booked together.

This detached cottage provides very comfortable and well proportioned accommodation, and has all the essentials you will require for your stay.

From the entrance lobby there is a good sized lounge with Derbyshire fireplace and welcoming log burning stove.

The dining kitchen has a full range of units, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and useful pantry.

There is a rear entrance lobby with cloaks, WC, wash basin, washing machine and dryer.

The first floor provides two bedrooms, the main and very spacious bedroom, has a king size double and single bed.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a walk-in-wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, with shower over, wash basin and WC.

The cottage has its own private gravelled patio garden area, with BBQ, table and chairs.

The owner’s garden can be shared with the other accommodation, much enjoyed by children.

Please note bookings are Friday to Friday.
