Very clean and comfortable, plenty of seating etc for our family of 6. I've never stayed in a house with such a large selection of books, magazines, games, toys and DVDs. Perfect relaxing week away after Christmas (also decorated for Christmas and the New Year!) Thank you

Exceptional comfort, well stocked for catering and ideal for wondering into Matlock and some lovely local walks. Only one minor point for me, there was some early morning road noise so would suggest packing ear plugs if that bothers you, other than that absolutely amazing place.

Furnishings, bed linen and towels are of a high quality. Extremely clean, neat and tidy. Owner has thought of everything you could possible need and the welcome hamper is the best one we have ever come across - very generous. Easy walking to all the shops, restuarants and pubs. Location is perfect for visiting the surrounding areas. We will be back in the future. Thank you for sharing this lovely home it is a credit to the owners. Will recommend to friends and family.
