Snaptrip says

Bobbin Cottage is a cosy and well-appointed property with a homely feel, offering comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It is situated in a scenic location with beautiful views and is ideal for exploring the Peak District. The property's eclectic decor and thoughtful touches contribute to a pleasant stay, although some guests noted minor issues with parking and internal layout.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the cottage to be clean and well-presented, with high-quality bedding and towels. A few mentioned areas for improvement, such as dust and a pet odour in the living room, but these were exceptions rather than the rule.

The cottage is praised for its great location, close to Matlock and within easy reach of local attractions. The scenic views and proximity to walks are appreciated, though the steep access and parking issues were noted by some guests.

Guests frequently mentioned the comfortable beds and cosy atmosphere of the cottage, with its log burner and central heating. The property's layout with steep stairs was a concern for some, particularly for those with mobility issues or small children.

The cottage is well-equipped with kitchen essentials, a dishwasher, and a cosy fire. However, some guests felt that additional facilities such as a washing machine, a second toilet, and better wardrobe space would enhance the stay. The maintenance of the outdoor space and some appliances were also points of critique.

While many guests appreciated the thoughtful touches and the homely feel of the cottage, there were no specific mentions of gifts, and therefore it is not possible to score this category. It should be noted that while such gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

Minor gripe 1 toilet for a 3 bed property is hard work. Major gripe: the oven. The old electric oven heats unpredictability and was annoying to use. When the rest of the house is to such a high standard i couldnt understand the outdated oven.
