Godfrey Hole Cottage is an excellent holiday home. Clean and well-appointed, with excellent parking available and a great Pub within walking distance. The beds are good and lots of thoughtful extras.A clothesline would be a valuable addition, since there is lots of outdoor room for necessary washing - especially for international travellers on long-stays.A strong recommendation for Godfrey Hole!

The cottage was very cozy and clean. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was near to lots of nice places to visit like Carsington Water, Bakewell and Chatsworth. There were plenty of nice places to eat just a few miles away. I would definitely stay there again.
