We had a wonderful stay at Church Cottage. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and Jeremy was the perfect host. The cottage was well-equipped with everything you might need with some thoughtful welcome gifts on arrival . We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, watching the birds in the peaceful garden. There is plenty to do in the area, including beautiful walks and great pubs. We also visited Chatsworth House, The Heights of Abraham, and we also took a trip on the steam train. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Church Cottage.

Church Cottage is am absolute gem. The owner could not have been more friendly and helpful when he welcomed us to this beautiful location. Wonderful walks direct from the doorstep and then "home" to the superb hot tub and clean and supremely comfortable accommodation. Watching the fawns play on the lawn while we sat on the patio was such a treat. The local pubs were lovely and the further afield visiting options were fantastic - Chatsworth House is, of course, stunning. We will be booking again!

Superb high quality cottage in a lovely location on the edge of the Peak District national park, with a tranquil patio and lovely woodland hideaway right in the garden. Very friendly and helpful proprietor extends a warm welcome. Kitchen is very compact but bedroom and lounge are large and roomy.
