Situated on the owners working farm this cottage is situated within easy reach of the village of Brassington which boasts a beautiful Norman church, historic streets, and two quaint pubs. Carsington water is on the doorstep with a wide range of outdoor activities to be enjoyed both on and off the water. Try your hand at windsurfing, canoeing and fishing or for those who like a dry land, push yourself to the limits on an 8 mile mountain bike course. You will also find an award winning restaurant, playground, courtyard shops, four bird hides and miles of footpaths and bridleways to explore. Make sure you visit pretty towns and villages such as Matlock Bath, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Buxton, all of which boast an array of shops and restaurants. Step into the barn to into the kitchen/diner with traditional stone underfoot gently warmed with underfloor heating throughout downstairs.
