The nearby pretty market town of Bakewell lies within the heart of the Peak District National Park and offers a great place for meandering. Don't forget to stop for a Bakewell pudding. For walkers and cyclists there are several trails close by including the Monsal trail and High Peak trail offering outstanding views through the countryside. Cyclists may store bicycles in the securely enclosed upper patio. Step inside the welcoming embrace of Amber Cottage and be greeted by two well decorated bedrooms, one boasting custom made oak adult bunk beds and a spacious master bedroom with a pine king-size bed and lovely dressing table, where you can take your time to get ready for the evening's festivities after a long soak in the bath or refreshing shower. The master bedroom features a large double patio door leading out onto a private patio with steep steps leading up to a further garden space, where you can enjoy a breath of fresh morning air as you sip a warm coffee and appreciate a relaxing break with the family. Climb the staircase to the first floor and prepare a hearty breakfast in the well thought-out kitchen with the help of all the useful appliances, before heading into the warmth of the sitting/dining room to feast upon the food.
