A day out cycling can be enjoyed from nearby Parsley Hay where you can cycle the old disused railway line which will take you to the pretty market town of Ashbourne.

Entry to the cottage is from the flagged area to the front of the barn into the open plan, beamed ceiling, and well equipped kitchen / dining area and comfortable lounge.

A door from the sitting room opens to the front and a private patio with direct access to, and outstanding views over fields, and down the Upper Dove Valley.

Three steps from this room lead to the bedroom, with a king size double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

A door from the bedroom goes out onto the patio area to the front of the barn.

This cottage is one of three cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 20 people, the others are: Crown Tor (Sleeps 6) and Pilsbury Grange (Sleeps 12).
