A glazed door leads out to the sheltered private courtyard garden, perfect for alfresco dining.

Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the three bedrooms, with their sloping & partly vaulted ceilings. Feature windows give clues to Mistletoe barn’s heritage. All three bedrooms have double beds, which can also be made into two singles on request, and have central heating radiators.

The master bedroom, with its arched window, has views of the village and Eyam Edge and its own en-suite bath room with shower over, toilet & hand basin.

The second bedroom overlooks the gravelled courtyard from a large feature window and has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.

The third bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.

The village enjoys good local amenities all within an easy walk, while a short drive will take you to the local market town of Bakewell, the Chatsworth Estate, Haddon Hall and various other Peak villages. Sheffield city centre is only 25 minutes away.

Excellent walking and cycling exists from the doorstep, with footpaths leading up on to Eyam Edge and beyond.
