2 Bedrooms- This cottage dates back some 400 years and is located in the heart of this historic village, with some good local facilities.

Eyam benefits from a few shops, tea rooms and at the end of the village Eyam Hall which is open to the public.

Walks, initially uphill can take you to Eyam Edge where you will be able to take in and enjoy the views of the surrounding area.

You are ideally based to take in the splendours of the nearby Hope Valley, Edale and the Pennine Way or a short drive

You access the cottage from the pretty cottage garden which benefits from a small patio sitting out area in addition to enjoying the sun throughout the day. You enter into the spacious lounge dining area, with original beamed ceiling and a welcoming log burning stove inset in the splendid stone fireplace.

To the rear and through the open archway (mind your head as you walk through) is the galley style kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay, along with external door access to a rear yard. The stairs (be careful as you go up and down) lead to the two bedrooms: to the front a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the garden and to the rear the double bedroom, with views over the neighboring croft and beyond to Eyam Edge.

The bathroom has a bath, with shower over, toilet and hand basin. Mature cottage garden.
