The contemporary amd luxurious Elite Vogue lodge provides light and spacious living accommodation thanks to the open plan living space, wooden floors and natural light provided by the full lenght windows. Patio doors lead onto the decking with outdoor dining furniture and an indulgent outdoor hot tub. The lodges are very well equipped with modern appliances, contemporary fixtures, comfortable furnishings and provide superb accommodation. The living area includes a dining table, comfy sofas and a TV with chromecast for streaming. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lodge has a master bedroom with on double bed, flat screen TV and ensuite shower. Two bathrobes are provided. This lodge has two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with overhead shower. Please note: Any group booking must be confirmed by the park on 01629 732 428, a group bookings can consist of:
· 10 or more people

· all male/female parties

· Two or more couple under 25 years of age
A group booking form is required to be completed once the booking has been accepted by the park and a security deposit will be payable upon arrival which is made out below:

£50 for each 2 berth lodge

£100 for each 4 berth lodge

£150 for each 6 berth lodge

£200 for each 8 berth lodge
Please be aware that this is a family park and therefore not suitable for loud and noisy groups, the park will not tolerate disturbance to other guests.

Group bookings

A group booking can consist of:

· 10 or more people, all male/female parties or two or more couple under 25 years of age

A group booking form is required and will be sent by the park to be completed once the booking has been accepted. A security deposit will be payable upon arrival which is made out below:

£50 for each 2-berth lodge

£100 for each 4-berth lodge

£150 for each 6-berth lodge

£200 for each 8-berth lodge

Please be aware that this is a family park and therefore not suitable for loud and noisy groups, the park will not tolerate disturbance to other guests.
Dogs T&Cs:

We allow guests to bring two dogs to stay in our lodges that are designated as pet friendly. Dogs are charged at £30 each per short break and £45 each per week. All our pet friendly lodges have an enclosed veranda or a gate.
We want you and your dog to enjoy your holiday and our team are more than happy to advise you about local walks and pet friendly places to eat and attractions in the area.
To ensure that you and other guests enjoy your holiday, please adhere to the following.
Keeping your dog under control: It is a legal requirement that your dog is kept under control at all times.
Dog Fouling: Please ensure that you pick up and dispose of all dog fouling in a responsible manner.
Around the park: Please keep your dog under control and on a lead at all times around the park and on the woodland walk. Dogs are not allowed in the games room, toddler play room or playground.
Countryside Code: Please adhere to the countryside code when walking around the woodland walks and footpaths in the area. Please keep your dog on a lead in any fields where there is livestock, especially lambs, and be mindful of ground nesting birds.
Accommodation etiquette: Only well-behaved dogs can be left unattended in the lodge and then only for short periods of time. Dogs should be kept off furniture and beds. If you cannot keep your dogs off furniture and beds, please ensure you bring a blanket or throw to protect the furniture. Use of our blankets is prohibited. Please bring your own dog beds and dog bowls.
Please use the dog washing facilities to clean your dogs paws as much as possible before entering the lodge. We would encourage you to bring a dog towel to assist with cleaning.
Any damage or additional cleaning caused by dogs will be charged for.
Restricted Breeds: Certain dangerous breeds are not allowed on park. We do not accept the following types of dogs; XL Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fuila Brasileiro and Dogo Argentino. Any other type of dog which could present a danger or alarm to other visitors is also excluded.
If you dog shows aggressive behaviour you will be asked to leave the park immediately with no compensation.
Charges: Pinelodge Holidays Ltd reserves the right to charge a £150 bond for bringing dogs and charge for damage to the lodge or extra cleaning of furniture.

Christmas themed trail around the park between 20 Dec 24- 6th Jan 25.

Please note; The swimming pool will be closed from the 19/01/26 - 21/01/26 for essential maintenance.

We have been advised by the neighbouring property, Sandybrook Hall, that they are hosting an event on both Saturday 2nd May and Sunday 3rd May to celebrate family members 18th and 50th birthdays.

We have been advised by the event organiser that plans have been put in place to try and mitigate noise and disruption to our guests but how our park is affected will depend on a number of factors which are all out of our control including the number of guests, volume of speakers, wind direction and the weather.

We have been provided with the following information from the event organiser:

Saturday – There will be a social event in the gardens during the day and then in the evening there will be music until approximately 1am. The music will be in a marquee (with sides) under the trees in the upper part of the garden and this will be facing the valley to try and reduce noise pollution.

Sunday – During the daytime they are having a country & western band and rodeo bull in the main Hall gardens (which are located on the opposite side of the Hall to the lodges). In the evening, music will be played from the marquee in the upper garden and should conclude by midnight.

We hope that the neighbouring celebrations will not have a negative impact on your holiday but we want to be open and honest about the possible disturbance.
