A charming period cottage complete with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. Seb’s Seahouse has been lovingly restored retaining original fireplaces in the bedrooms, exposed stone walls and beams. Accommodation is over two floors with a separate well equipped kitchen, dining room with large table seating 6-8 guests and stove. The living room is lovely, warm and welcoming, another woodburner, leather sofa and arm chairs. Outside, there’s an enclosed garden with table, chairs and a barbeque - this is a lovely area, perfect for children and dogs to play in.

Seb’s Seahouse is in the North Sunderland area, just a 15 minute walk from the bustling harbourside,  shops, cafes and pubs in Seahouses, and of course the beach. The cottage is a great base for exploring this beautiful area - visit the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals. 3 miles north is the impressive Bamburgh Castle which  clings to a rocky outcrop, and it’s just 5 miles to Holy Island and Lindisfarne (accessible at low tide along the causeway).

Dining room: large dining table for 8, wood burning stove, original stone fireplace, exposed beams.

Living room: sofas, wood burning stove, large flat-screen TV.

Shower room: large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail.

First floor:

Bedroom 1: double bed, TV. beautifully decorated fireplace.

Ensuite: bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: king size bed, flat screen TV, beautifully decorated fireplace.

Bedroom 3: twin beds, (restricted headroom) views out to the Cheviot Hills.

Entertainment: large flat-screen TV, DVD player, Sonos and bluetooth. Books, selection of DVD’s

For families: travel cot (please supply your own cot mattress, linen & towels for the infant), high chair, stair gate. Books for children and adults. Good selection of DVD's for all ages, board and card games.

Outside: open garden with a fully enclosed area for children or dogs. Bench seat, table and chairs,  barbeque. Outside tap, garage available for storing bikes, diving equipment etc.

Parking: driveway parking for up to 2 cars.

General: WiFi. Bedding (duvets & pillows) bed linens and towels, electricity, included in the price.

Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Welcome toiletries.

Pets: well behaved dogs welcome (up to 2) @ £25.00 each per week or part thereof. The property is non-smoking throughout. Short breaks are available low season.
