Mears Ashby Hall is a magnificent, Jacobean house on a large scale that manages to be grand and intimate at the same time!
Set in 11 acres of garden and parkland you'll never get bored. This luxurious manor is a place to enjoy and to have fun. It is suitable for a variety of occasions from a family gathering to a special birthday party.

With its privileged location in the highly sought after village of Mears Ashby we expect this exceptional Manor House to appeal to large family groups, special occasions, corporate events as well as those wishing to book a luxurious base for visiting nearby Silverstone, which comes alive (and more) during the 2nd weekend in July.
Mears Ashby Hall is an ideal venue for events and celebrations. An additional 20 day guests are welcome to visit the property for £1000 per day.

The property is based in the quaint village of Mears Ashby. The nearest train station is Wellingborough which is only an 11 minute drive from the property
London is only a hop, skip and jump from the property with only a 48 minute commute! Perfect for those weekend getaways.
You can also fly there with the nearest airports being Birmingham and London Luton.
The property has plenty of space for cars so the more the merrier!
Helicopters can be landed in the grounds with prior arrangement with the owners. Or alternatively there is a helipad in the local village, less than a 5 minute drive from the property
Accommodation
The property can comfortably accommodate 18 - 20 guests. The house boasts 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 2 large family rooms and 3 of the bedrooms offer an en suite bath or shower room. For larger groups an additional 2 Z beds are available.
The library has a TV with Sky, DVD player and Playstation. The games room in the adjacent barn has lots to keep everyone busy. Wifi is also available throughout the property.
On the ground floor the dining table can seat 12 to 20 people comfortably, and the kitchen has all the amenities one needs, with an aga and a six ring gas hob.
Off the Dining Hall is the nightclub room. Complete with bar, blackout blinds/shutters, dance floor and Sonos sound system.
There is plenty of room to relax and play outside. Enjoy some al fresco dinning with the BBQ and an outdoor paella maker!
There is also a small lake with boat which guests can use with prior permission
You will also find a well equipped games barn with table tennis table, table football, air hockey and darts board
There is also a Hot Tub (chargeable at £250 per week), a Tennis Court, a trampoline, football nets and a basket ball net provided at this exemplary property.
