About this Guest House

Eskdale Lodge Hotel is a four star, family- run guest house in the outskirts of Manchester, just a short drive to the city centre. Ideal for both business and leisure, this late Victorian guest house has recently been refurbished to a high standard with great facilities and friendly service.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

All of our bedrooms have excellent facilities, including flatscreen televisions with satellite channels and mutv, en- suite bathrooms and a hospitality tray with biscuits and tea and coffee making facilities.

There are a range of room sizes available, including twin bedrooms, double bedrooms and family bedrooms. Single occupancy can be arranged.

Breakfast

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room, however guests are welcome to add a continental breakfast for £4.95, or a full cooked breakfast for £7.95.

There is a range of options included in the continental breakfast: Weetabix, Alpen Muesli, Kelloggs Cereals, creamy yoghurt, Quaver Oats porridge, fresh fruit salad, Marmite, toast, jams and marmalade, chilled fruit juice and fresh coffee, tea or herbal teas.

The full English breakfast consists of eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans. Black pudding and hash browns are also available on request.

Free WiFi access. Onsite, we have 2 well stocked bars, a restaurant and a function room that can be privately hired.

Check in from 4pm, check out by 10.30am. In order to secure your booking, a deposit of £50 is required, with the remaining balance to be paid on departure.

Take a tour of the Coronation Street set, catch a show at the Royal Exchange Theatre, explore the People's History Museum, or hit the nightlife hotspots of the Northern Quarter - there is something for everyone!

The Trafford Centre, a large shopping complex, is just 3 kilometres away, and the bustling city center is 10 kilometres away, and is easily accessible by the metrolink- just a short stroll away from the guest house.

Directions

From the M60 Junction 8: Follow the sign for A6 144 (M.) Turn left at the first set of traffic lights (1 mile from the motorway) onto Carrington Lane. Drive past the Travel Lodge to the mini roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout and half a mile later you come to a second mini roundabout. Go straight across the second roundabout and we are half a mile on the right (opposite Sandiway Road.

From Manchester: Follow the A56 (Altrincham Bound) all the way into Sale. After the Sainsbury Supermarket on the left there is a pelican crossing and then a set of lights in quick succession. Go straight through these to another Pelican crossing and set of lights. Go straight across again past the National Tyres on the left and through the next pelican crossing. You then come to a set of traffic lights where you turn right onto Harboro Way (signposted A144 Carrington). We are then 0.35 miles on your left.
