Bring your clubs for a game at Whittaker Golf Club, just outside the town of Littleborough, home to Hare Hill House heritage museum and park with far-reaching, rural views. Be sure to visit Rochdale for plenty of local culture at Touchstones Rochdale and Rochdale Pioneers Museum, while Healey Dell Nature Reserve is a peaceful beauty spot for wildlife watching, walking, and fishing.
