Situated in a peaceful country location, the cottage provides a superb base for exploring the Lancashire countryside, the Lake District and the beaches at Southport can be found just ten miles away.

The living accommodation is open plan and stylishly presented with a two seater sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, wood burner effect stove and a dining table with four chairs. Modern self catering facilities include a dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker and microwave.

The property has an attractive patio garden with outdoor furniture and guest enjoy access to the grounds with freshwater ponds, horse paddocks, plenty of parking and bike storage.

Other Things to Note

The rental price includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Fishing can be enjoyed at the owner's private ponds with tuition also provided at an additional cost.

Availability

Short breaks may be available during low season times and as last minute stays. No pets. No smoking.

The cottage can be booked with a neighbouring property to sleep up to six people.
