Located in the heart of the Rossendale Valley, Rossendale Holiday Cottages offers self-catering cottages, glamping pods and an room with attached bathroom, just 3. 7 miles from Burnley. Free WiFi and free parking are offered.
The cottages all feature a fully equipped kitchen, and have a private garden area to the front with outdoor seating.
The lodges feature an ensuite shower/wc and a kitchenette with hot plate, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The lodges also feature an enclosed garden with fairy lights and swinging hammock.
The glamping pods include heating, tea/coffee making facilities, a TV and DVD player, and access to a shared shower and toilet block.
The rooms offer an private bathroom, a mini fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Rossendale Holiday Cottages and Rooms are located within 20 acres of scenic land, with a public footpath running through the site. A Bistro is located at the end of the road.
Well-placed for hiking, cycling and horse riding on the nearby Mary Towneley Loop, Rossendale Holiday Cottages offers hill views from the property. Offering traditional home-cooked meals, the local pub is a 10-minute walk away.

We are a small family business and friendly team. You should find one of us in our Hayshed Cafe bar between 8am and 8pm. If not we will be found somewhere about the site making things perfect for your arrival.
We opened our first cottages in 2014 and have now got a total of 9 cottages, 5 glamping pods and a lodge. The popularity of our cottages has driven us to build a few more!

The cottages and rooms are a unique stable conversion. We have all the glorious benefits of a beautiful rural location in the Rossendale Valley with all the comforts of modern design.
For the more adventurous naturalists out there we also have glamping available beyond the stream and amongst the trees!

The Cottages and Rooms at Rossendale Holidays reside in a quiet idyll, surrounded by moorlands and the small village of Water. With the beautiful market town of Rawtenstall just 4 miles away.
The Rossendale Valley neighbours cultural hotspots; Hebden Bridge, Howarth and Ramsbottom, which are all crammed with glorious eateries and cultural institutions for the arty types.
Whilst shoppers and thrill seekers will note that Manchester, Burnley and Blackpool (with its Pleasure Beach) are all just short drives away.
In the countryside immediately surrounding the cottages and rooms, you will also find a slew of country walks, horse trails and cycling routes all winding through the rolling hillocks and reservoirs of the Rossendale Valley.
