View is amazing and the river setting is quite peaceful. Very quiet. Cottage feels brand new. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Shower is wonderful. Everything worked great! Kerry is an excellent host. Very prompt responses and immediate service. We were here for more than a month and plan to return.

A lovely spot with a wonderful view. Quiet and peaceful. Extremely clean. Feels brand new. Kitchen is well appointed, beds are warm/comfortable and the showers are fantastic. Heating is adjustable to suit your requirements. Comfortable for up to 4 people. We come to this area several times a year and will stay here again.

Great location, with walks, pubs and Clithero on the doorstep. We have visited twice now and will likely return again. A few small practical changes would make it perfect Kitchen storage - there is virtually nowhere to store food and drinks, though redistributing the pots and pans etc would free up space Seating, we were 3 adults and we couldnât sit comfortably on the L shape without tangling our legs and feet together, so I donât know how 4 people would manage, we brought through an occasional chair from the bedroom and was much more comfortable
