A welcome pack of two small bottles of wine, one white, one red, one pack of Fox's chocolate biscuit cookies, one large bag of crisps, and one 1 litre carton of Sainsbury's semi-skimmed milk awaited me internally. The property is overall very good, big smart digital colour TV, double bed, shower, etc, including the gas powered hot water and central heating. One slight disadvantage was the wi-fi, broadband, internet connection which on some occasions, either cut off completely, or/ and was slow occasionally too, having to reboot the wi-fi hub (Post Office type hub) but apart from this a wonderful holiday i had all on my happy own, and being a very happy forever single man myself, no brain damage whatsoever from no nagging partner, especially over the festive season. I recommend this property, and yes if this holiday let still continues as an establishment as such, i will definitely holiday here at this establishment once again in the near future, if another opportunity arises again all by myself always. Then again Garstang is a very nice small town, and there is always one possibility i may one day not holiday here (in Garstang) any more, and instead i may even consider a future relocation to Garstang permanently (?), which for me is more of a permanent holiday than just a temporary holiday. Many thanks to the property proprietor Keith for this holiday let. From a happy oneself holiday maker Mark Fletcher AKA FOREVASINGLEMAN.

Clean and tidy throughout with good information from the owners and everything you need for your stay. Lovely welcome pack and, if you bring your dog and forgot towels or bowls, there are some available to use. The location is great too, with excellent walks from the door and the town centre shops and restaurants close by, plus the beautiful Trough of Bowland and Wyre Coast an easy drive away. I had to work a couple of days while I stayed here and it was also perfect for that. The only potential issue is if you have a large car as parking can be a bit tight, particularly at the weekend. That wouldn't stop me recommending it though

Thank you for the biscuits crisps and wine and realy apreciated the tea coffee sugar and milk that was provided. Garstang high street is a few hundred yards away but the bungalow was in a quiet cul de sac. Very dog friendly centre with lots of independant shops and 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Lovely walks with our dog by the river and the canal. We had days out in the car but there is a bus stop within a minutes walk. Parking was easy and all in all i have no complaints
