Looks like we were unlucky with property given reviews we read before booking. Externally as you arrive location/grounds look perfect, but property was not cleaned and cooker,microwave and dishes all dirty and unhygenic. Owner did come and reclean/replace certain items, but told us they only do any decorating repairs once a year and we needed to expect low level marks/dirt with properties that allow dogs. Dont expect Cottages.com to address any issues as we were promised customer services to call back, but now home and still no response.

Another fabulous stay at #2 Dorchester drive. The cottage was spotless on arrival (the cleaning team are lovely, extremely efficient and very friendly) as always. The cottages are set in a wonderful location, with an outstanding inn on site and local farm shops within a short drive. Highly recommend!!
