We arrived to a uncleaned caravan even though the sign was green, then had loads of bones in our fish from the restaurant.. we let the kids go and play on the basketball court and a child smashed my brothers head on the metal fencing. Then went to go swimming and the pool was shut. We were told we could not order any food to the entertainment room even though they don't sell crisps or bar snacks!!! The restaurant was not clean and the toilets... well let's not go there, even when I told staff I was told the cleaners would be in later so it would have too wait!! Over all was the worst houlday I have been on.

Smelt of Dog.Suppose to have equipment to accommodate for holiday we ended up buying items.DVD player not compatible with tv.Cushion seat stained.

It's a great park for using as a base to visit the Lake District and Blackpool and surrounding areas. The main issue is that the facilities for the size of the park are too small. Tiny play park, although the pool legally can hold 40 people when our group went in due to the older youngsters jumping in it felt very unsafe with little regulation from lifeguards. The splash area for very young children great but really it's taken over by older youngsters. Head to the beach for swimming. Had several issues with the caravan loos not flushing, but the reception staff were fantastic and got it fixed quickly. Bar area, entertainment area and eating area lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay
