Serve the fruits of your labour at the dining table, toasting to a long-awaited break with your nearest and dearest. Climb upstairs and discover the bedrooms, with the master hosting a king-size with TV whilst there is also a double. When you’re ready to explore, everything can be found within walking distance, with the promenade resting a stone’s throw away and allow you to walk up to the delightful Whinnysty Rd Beach or down to the ruins of St Patrick’s Chapel. Amble along the promenade until you reach the centre of Morecambe, offering a busy high street lined with independent restaurants, bars, butchers, bakers and greengrocers to pick up essentials. Don't forget to stop by the Eric Morecambe Statue, which overlooks the promenade, and the Tern Project, a collection of outdoor artworks inspired by Morecambe Bay's wildlife. Those outdoor enthusiasts will be drawn to the scenic Forest of Bowland, home to a myriad of scenic walking and cycling trails waiting to be explored. The Bay Cottage provides a homely retreat for accessing the wonders of Morecambe and the surrounding county of Lancashire.

An ever-popular destination, recent investment has revitalised the coastline and gives families the opportunity to enjoy all that the seaside has to offer, whether it be kite-flying, making sandcastles, or just taking a stroll along the promenade. The Platform and the Hothouse are two sizable live music venues in Morecambe. The cottage was very clean on arrival. The neighbours was very friendly and polite. had no issues and would happily go and stay again ***** Thanks again for such a great stay.

The cottage was for four people, but there were five knives and 3 forks. The freezer box needed defrosting, and some of the kitchen drawers needed cleaning. Small things really, because overall the house was tastefully decorated, but these things can let you down. The owner left a contact number, which I rang, but he never picked up.
