On arrival to our caravan we found it was still dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. Dog hair all over the floor, kitchen worktops, beds and settees and and also a strong smell of sick (which we later found out was the build up of water in the drip tray behind the fridge).After requesting a re-clean we sat around waiting outside, and noticed the hoover wasn’t even switched on and a quick spray and wipe over the floor was all we were going to get. Not sure if it was just our caravan but every time there was a gust of wind the overhanging tree behind scratched over the roof keeping us awake on and off most of the week. Apart from having to clean the caravan ourselves and not let my baby on the floor the whole week we still managed to enjoy our holiday.
