Shower,toilet, kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfy.However, the seating area had stains on from spilt drinks/food.The floor was poorly fitted and had raised lumps which was a trip hazard for my 2 year old. I didn't complain as we were only there a few nights.

Plenty of facilities at Regents Bay. Wouldn’t stay in a dog friendly caravan again, but would go again. Close to centre, Beach, supermarkets, Sport center. Plenty to do in Morecambe and surrounding areas.
