Apartment large but lacks furniture. Steep stairs. Dangerous at top of first level (no gate). Severe lack of cooking utensils etc. No instructions. Poor heating. Overall clean but basic.

Beautiful spacious flat just 15 minutes' walk from the train station and only a stone's throw from the beach -- we could see the sea from the window! Really convenient for shops, pubs and takeaways, and only a short stroll from the main promenade and arcades, but it still felt quiet inside and we all slept well on comfortable beds. We're hoping to go back next year!
