Two bedrooms, one with a king-size and the other with a zip/link for flexibility, are finished to a high standard with bedside lamps, hanging space, and sumptuous throws to snuggle up in. You'll be in a sought-after location with Smokey O'Conners pub just down the road, as well as The Crown Bar & Bistro and The Brittlestar Wine Bar and Cafe nearby; if you prefer cooking at home, there are convenience stores and a supermarket a short journey away! The town has plenty of attractions on offer including a sandy beach, a bustling promenade, and Morecambe Golf Club. For more amenities, the city of Lancaster is a short drive or train journey away with the medieval Lancaster Castle, Williamson Park offering panoramic views, and two fascinating museums, all with the Forest of Bowland AONB just next door. Walkers, cyclists, and wildlife lovers will find their haven here, as well as in the Arnside & Silverdale AONB a little further south, with an unspoilt coastline, RSPB Leighton Moss, and Lakeland Wildlife Oasis. The popular market town of Kendal is also within easy reach on your way into the Lake District to discover local heritage at the Quaker Tapestry Museum, enjoy scenic views during a game or two at Kendal Golf Club, or all-weather climbing at Lakeland Climbing Centre. Continue your journey onto Windermere for boat cruises, watersports, and a variety of attractions, whilst Ambleside, Grasmere, and Hawkshead are all worth a visit for gentle walks or challenging hikes!
