An absolute gem! We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week in 'Sailing By'. Very comfortable and homely, everything you could need has been thoughtfully provided to ensure a stress free stay. The view over the canal boats in the marina from our balcony, with daily visits from the ducks and swans, was a treat...a lovely place to unwind with a glass and a book after a day of exploring. With plenty of interesting places nearby to visit, shop and dine out, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous apartment. We hope to return!

Very attractive stay on the canal basin. You do get some noise from the M6 and the lane behind if you are outside. Inside you don't get the noise. Sitting on the balcony for breakfast was a treat . Parking places available outside your stay. Easy access to the lakes ,North Yorkshire.and the west coast. Overall good price for an ideal dog walking holiday
